Kamoshika is a restaurant specializing in fermented foods that opened in Arashiyama, Kyoto in May 2014 with the theme of "Life is energized by life."

Fermentation fans come from all over Japan, and sometimes even from overseas. Customers living in Kyoto often say "I feel so nostalgic."

In order to support the prosumers who produce small amounts by themselves and consume them, which is expected to increase more and more in the future.

We have developed products based on the concept of “returning fermented foods to the kitchen”.

Life is only energized by life.
